Online registration at Department of City Property one-stop service centres has become available in eleven administrative areas in Moscow. The new online appointment service has been in test mode for a month on the state services website, pgu.mos.ru, and was tested by the Department’s centre in the Northern Administrative Area.
To book an appointment, users will go to the Making an Appointment section on the website’s home page, choose one of 21 services provided by the Department of City Property and select the centre, date and time of the appointment. After the visit is confirmed, the user will receive a reservation number. The reservation number should be kept as it will be needed later to log into the queue management system at the centre where the service will be provided. The user needs to arrive at the centre with all the necessary documents exactly 15 minutes before the appointment. Cancelling the appointment is done on the website through the user’s account.
This online service will distribute the load between administrative areas’ one-stop service centres. In all, over 68,000 Muscovites applied for these services in 2015. In the first three months of this year, the service centres in the Central, Northern and Southwestern administrative areas have had the largest number of visitors.
