  • Born 16 July 1975 in Leningrad.
  • 1997: Graduated from the Ryazan Military Transport Institute.
  • 1997-2005: Served in the army.
  • From 2005: Held various positions at the Kuntsevo District Council, working his way up from chief specialist at the Department of Construction, Reconstruction and Land Use Regulation to District Council Head.
  • 2009-2012: Studied at the Russian Academy of Civil Service.
  • 17 April 2012: Appointed Prefect of the Northwestern Administrative Area by an executive order of the Mayor of Moscow.
  • 7 April 2015: Appointed Head of the Moscow Department of Housing, Utilities and Amenities.
